Christmas and Party Bookings

at Otto's Restaurant

and Otto's Upstairs

Each of our 2 restaurants can seat up to 50 guests.

Lunch and dinner both available subject to availability.

Otto's has been serving parties since 2008.

In order for us to look after you all properly

for most large group bookings we will

require the following:

Deposits of £10 per person required

to confirm your booking.

Deposits can be paid in a number of ways including:

by cheque to Otto's Restaurant

or Otto's Upstairs

Deposits can also be paid: 

by card in person*

in cash in person

by bank transfer - details on request

• A preorder of food with guest names AT LEAST 2 weeks before your meal. This will enable us to offer you the best possible service.

• Larger parties may be asked to divide into smaller tables for smoother service. All tables in one party are normally grouped together.

eg.  20 people seated on 2 parallel tables of 10

• A 10% service charge is added to your bill for parties of 8 people or more. Please make your guests aware of this. 

• Balance of payment including the 10% service charge for our staff may be payable ONE MONTH before your party for some large groups. This just leaves drinks and corkage to be paid on the night allowing everyone to get on with having a great time!

• In the case of changes to the number in your party we will try to be as flexible as possible. Please keep us informed of any changes to your booking.

• Arrival times are as agreed. You need to be aware that late arrival may mean a delay in your party being served. We will do our best as always but please ask your guests to be on time.
